LES AIDES FINANCIERES A LA MOBILITE INTERNATIONALE

Les aides ERASMUS Cursus

Pour une mobilité par Erasmus, une aide financière sera attribué automatiquement aux étudiants concernés, équivalant à 160€ par mois au titre de l'année universitaire 2012/2013.
L’étudiant ne peut en bénéficier qu’une seule fois au cours de ses études universitaires.
Lorsque l’étudiant remplit son dossier d'inscription « Kit Erasmus » sur le site de l'Université d'Auvergne rubrique programme Erasmus, il fait de facto une demande de bourses Erasmus dans le cadre des Cursus.
Ce dossier est à rendre au service des RI de la composante dans laquelle l’étudiant est inscrit, qui le transmet ensuite au service Relations Internationales de l’UdA en septembre.
 

Les aides ERASMUS Stage

(stage en Entreprises)

Depuis 2012-2013, le pôle de Recherche et d'Enseignement Supérieur (PRES) "Clermont Université" anime et pilote le consortium d'établissements d'enseignement suéprieur clermontois.

Public éligible :
  • Etudiants inscrit à l'UdA
  • Etudiants L/M/D
  • Etudiants francais et étrangers

Pays eligible :
  • Union Européenne
  • Pays Espace Economique Européen : Islande, Liechtenstein, Norvège et Suisse
  • Croatie, Macédonie et Turquie
Période et durée du stage :
  • 3 mois minimum (2 mois pour les formations courtes types BTS/DUT)
  • 12 mois maximum consécutifs

Le financement de la bourse s'effectue sur 6 mois de stage maximum. Il est modulable et varie entre 700€ et 1440€ en fonction de la durée du stage.

L’étudiant ne peut en bénéficier qu’une seule fois au cours de ses études universitaires.
Le nombre de bourses attribuées est limité.

Vous devez le plus rapidement possible faire acte de candidature auprès des Relations Internationales de Votre composante.
Chaque composante se réserve un droit de critère de sélection.

les aides Municipales

La ville de Clermont-Ferrand accorde des aides financières aux étudiants partant suivre un cursus dans une ville jumelée avec Clermont-Ferrand. Ces villes sont Aberdeen (Ecosse), Regensburg (Allemagne), Norman (USA), Braga (Portugal), Oviedo (ESP), Gomel (Belarus) et Salford (Angleterre).

Critères d’attribution:
Le montant de la bourse accordée est calculé en fonction d’une estimation du coût du séjour et des revenus du foyer fiscal de rattachement du candidat. Si le quotient familial (QF = revenus mensuels du foyer/Nombre de personnes rattachées au foyer) est supérieur à 800 €, la demande est a priori automatiquement rejetée.
Si le QF est inférieur à 800 €, la Ville peut verser une aide correspondant à une prise en charge pouvant varier de 10 à 50 % des frais de stage estimés par la Ville en fonction de la durée, du lieu du séjour, et du montant du QF.

Si une aide municipale est accordée, le candidat en est averti par courrier au cours des mois suivant le dépôt de la demande. Cette aide est versée a posteriori, après réception des pièces suivantes :
1. Certificat de fin de stage (modèle joint dans le dossier à télécharger)
2. Titres de transports utilisés (nominatifs aller et retour) et justificatif de paiement des titres de transports utilisés.

Dates de retour des dossiers complets :

  • 10 janvier 2013 au service des Relations internationales de votre composante pour les mobilités en cursus,
  • 15 février 2013 au service des Relations internationales de votre composante pour les mobilités en stage.

Les Bourses Fondation Université d'Auvergne et Relations Internationales

Dans le but de favoriser la mobilité étudiante à l’Université d’Auvergne, a été mis en place un dispositif d'aides, financé conjointement par le service des Relations Internationales et par la Fondation de l’Université d’Auvergne (FUdA)
Aussi si vous souhaitez bénéficier de ces aides, que ce soit dans le cadre d’un stage ou d’un cursus à l’étranger, il convient :

  • de remplir très soigneusement le dossier (cliquez ici)
  • de le remettre ensuite, avec les pièces demandées, au service des stages ou service des Relations internationales de votre Faculté/Institut qui le transmettra pour le 19 avril2013, après avis du responsable pédagogique, à Chrystel MOSER, Responsable administratif de la FUdA. Vous ne devez donc pas déposer vous-même votre dossier au service des Relations Internationales de l’UdA.
Critères d'attribution :
  • Avoir obtenu une moyenne égale ou supérieure à 12 l’année précédente
  • Avis pédagogique favorable du responsable de la formation
  • Critère de revenus : quotient familial à ≤ 35 000 €
Le montant de la bourse est fixé à 400 € mensuel, un financement de 50 % de la mobilité est attrubué aux étudiants sélectionnés (ex. : mobilité de 2 mois = financement d’1 mois).
Une bourse d’un montant forfaitaire sera attribuée aux étudiants dont l’excellence du dossier est reconnue mais dont le quotient familial est ≥ à 35 000 € : à savoir 400 € pour un étudiant ayant une moyenne ≥ à 14 et 600 € pour un étudiant ayant une moyenne ≥ à 16.

A la suite d'une commission qui aura sélectionné les dossiers, vous receverez un courrier vous indiquant l'obtention ou non ainsi que le montant de la bourse.


Les Bourses à destination des étudiants boursiers

Les étudiants boursiers sur critères sociaux qui, pendant l’année, doivent faire un stage à poursuivre une partie de leurs études à l’étranger, peuvent demander une aide supplémentaire pour faire face aux frais de voyage et de séjour. Le montant indicatif de la bourse de mobilité internationale est de 400 € par mois d'études à l'étranger.
Le séjour n’est pas systématiquement financé en totalité.

En sont destinataires les boursiers sur critères sociaux ou bénéficiaires d’une allocation d’études.

Durée du séjour : minimum 2 mois - maximum 9 mois

Grants for students of Portuguese origin


EGIDE 


 

The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs' EIFFEL programme grants for Doctorate students - 2008-2009.

This programme awards grants to foreign Doctorate students wishing to study in France (preferably during their second or third year). This grant is usually made available to students preparing a thesis under joint supervision. All information relative to this funding programme can be found on the Egide website. ERASMUS Grants


The grant is awarded according to your parents' taxable income (anyone who has special circumstances needs to justify their situation in writing). Students start receiving their grants once they have obtained their residency permits from their host university.


Erasmus grant contracts can be downloaded via the Université d'Auvergne website under the section "Erasmus programmes". Students must check that they have been chosen by their faculty to participate in an exchange programme.


 

Town Council grants


Clermont Ferrand town council offers funding for students wishing to study in a town twinned with Clermont-Ferrand. Grants are awarded to students based on the supporting documents included with their application: income tax, family size, references from teachers...

Regional Grants


Conseil Régional d’Auvergne : international mobility funding (Programme for 2008/2009).

The Auvergne region has focused on supporting and developing programmes in favour of international mobility. This year a new programme has been set up to finance international mobility for high school and further education students in the Auvergne area. This grant is intended for students wanting to complete part of their studies abroad and is open to students of all levels from B.T.S, B.T.S.A. to Master's degree.

PLEASE NOTE: This programme has lead to the termination of all past Regional grants : « funding passports », study grants, doctorate grants for Chinese students.



 I-Application Procedure and Conditions



The applicants must:



- be studying in a private or state high school, in a university or grande école in Auvergne,



- be studying for a B.T.S, B.T.S.A., D.U.T, Undergraduate Degree or Master's degree,



- be a further education student, but not within an apprenticeship scheme where financial help is granted to students.


Conditions concerning the placement itself:



- The placement/training period can take place in a business, university or other higher education establishment,



- It has to be an integral part of the student's course (i.e. required for the completion of the course),



- It has to last a minimum of two months.



Conditions concerning studying abroad:



- Only students whose period of study abroad can be validated as part of the course undertaken in Auvergne will be accepted.




 II-PRACTICAL PROCEDURES



Grant details: Each student gets a fixed grant of €500 as follows:



- 50% is given to the student at the time of departure,



- 50% is given upon the student's return to France.

Mobility Grants


Funding is available for studying abroad. This grant is only available for students who already benefit from a French study grant. The study period will range from 3 months to 9 months. Selection criteria: Only for students with a grant given on the basis of social situation, or students who benefit from a study allowance. Unlike study grants, scholarship loans do not constitute a criteria for selection.

MAE – LAVOISIER Grants / Reciprocal Grants


The Ministry of Foreign Affairs runs a funding programme for students and researchers wishing to complement their training abroad in 2008/2009.

LAVOISIER GRANTS

The Lavoisier grant programme is financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and funding is aimed at students involved in advanced research projects. This programme allows and reinforces exchanges between French and foreign cultural and scientific institutions. It also encourages research in Industry and co-financially supports research projects with French businesses. (“Citère” Agreement)


Characteristics:

Requirements:



- applicants must be French (or from a European Union member state) and be enrolled in further education in France.



- age : 35 year old maximum



- the applicant must have been invited to take part in cooperative work by a university or professor



- minimum level of training required : 2nd year of thesis unless under joint supervision



- for engineers and graduates from écoles supérieures de commerce, co-funding by a private company is preferred. (“Citère” agreement)

RECIPROCAL GRANTS

Grants are available from foreign governments if the project complies with the reciprocal agreements and cooperation set down. For some countries, France will give some complementary funding. These grants are aimed at financing study (at Master's degree level) and research, as well as language trips abroad.

Germany DAAD – Grants and Missions 2004/2005

 
DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) was created in 1925 and its aim is to promote university cooperation with abroad thanks to foreign exchanges with students, researchers and teachers.

GENERAL CONDITIONS


French citizens or foreign non-German citizens enrolled for at least one year (at the time of applying) in a French University or equivalent, and studying for an acknowledged diploma. German applicants are eligible on the condition that they have been living in France permanently and have completed most of their university education there. Candidates who have been living in Germany for more than two years are not eligible.

LANGUAGE SKILLS


- All applicants for a DAAD grant must take the Goethe Inter Nationes language test and enclose the DAAD form mentioning the level obtained with their application.

LONG-TERM STUDY AND RESEARCH GRANTS


These further education grants and research grants, for all fields of study, are aimed at:


- Post-graduate students


- Graduates from grandes écoles


- Post-doctorate students



PLEASE NOTE: Doctorate students must have signed an agreement for a thesis under joint supervision prior to applying.



Grant Duration:

- 7 to 10 months as of 1 October 2004


Grant Amount:

- €715 to €975 per month depending on the level of study

SHORT-TERM RESEARCH GRANTS


DAAD has short-term grants for young researchers, aimed at financing research in order to complete projects such as DEA (French advanced study diploma), theses and post-doctorate research projects (up to 2 years after the thesis is defended)



Grant Duration:

- 1 to 6 months as of 1 October 2004


Grant Amount:

- €715 to €975 per month depending on the level of study


Deadline:

- Applications have to be made 4 months prior to the estimated leaving date.

TRAINING FOR FUTURE BILINGUAL TEACHERS IN GERMANY : AIMED AT STUDENTS IN HISTORY, GEOGRAPHY OR ECONOMICS Grant Duration


- 5 months (from 1 October to 28 February 2005) Grant Amount - €325 per month


 

GRANTS FOR LANGUAGE LESSONS FOR STUDENTS IN ALL FIELDS OF STUDY (EXCEPT GERMAN ETC)


Two types of grants are available for summer schools in Germany :



1) 2 month courses taken between June 2004 and January 2005 in a language school.



2) 3 to 4 week courses taken during the summer months at a university.

- €40 per person per night

Grants for students of Portuguese origin


The Portuguese Embassy in Paris, with help from Portuguese businesses in France, offers grants for students of Portuguese origin who are studying in further education in France. The value of the grants is €1,525 for one academic year. Students can only submit one application.


The following criteria apply:


- applicants must be of Portuguese descent



- applicants must live in France, or be the son or daughter of a Portuguese resident/ex-resident in France



- applicants must have already started studying in further education in France, and must have the Baccalauréat or an equivalent



- applicants must be enrolled in further education



- applicants must not already benefit from a study grant.



- applicants must not be the child of a Portuguese civil servant.



Documents required:



- the completed application form (available from the Portuguese Embassy's Culture Department)



- a photocopy of the Baccalauréat grades (or equivalent)



- a photocopy of the parents' (or partner's) income tax form



- a photocopy of the father or mother's carte de séjour (residency card) or a justification if this document is not available or needed



- a photocopy of proof of enrolment issued by the university



- a certificate from social services, the office for grants or the CROUS, stating that the student does not already benefit from a grant
